Alex is a System Analyst and has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with solid knowledge about the policies and procedures in the Human Resources area. He has worked leading positions in major multinationals companies.

He has made several training courses in Human Resources in Chile and USA.

In his professional career he worked 10 years as Human Resources Manager for the Southern Cone of South America for Estée Lauder’s group of companies. He also worked 10 years as Human Resources Manager of American Express Bank for Chile and Uruguay. Prior to joining American Express Bank, he worked as Human Resources Deputy Manager at Bank of America NT & SA.

In addition to Chile, Alex has extensive experience in other markets of the region, such as Argentina, Peru and Uruguay.

He has also been a member of the Human Resources Committee of the Chilean Banking Association and AMCHAM (American Chamber of Commerce).
